Before redeeming your prize, please sign the back of your winning ticket and include your name.
Prizes from ₱20.00 to ₱10,000.00 can be claimed at any authorized Lotto outlet or PCSO Branch Office.
Prizes from ₱10,001.00 to ₱300,000.00 can be claimed at PCSO Branch Offices or on the 2nd Floor of the PCSO Main Office.
Prizes from ₱300,001.00 up to the JACKPOT PRIZE must be validated and claimed exclusively on the 2nd Floor of the PCSO Main Office.
Important Note: E-Lotto is currently unavailable.
Prizes of ₱300,000.00 and below can be cashed out through the E-Lotto App.
Prizes of ₱300,000.01 and above must be claimed at the PCSO Main Office.
Present the QR code of your winning ticket along with two (2) valid IDs for verification.
